CleanHub Chemical Freight Zone Program

CleanHub offers free base freight on qualifying chemical orders shipped within the contiguous United States. The qualifying merchandise subtotal depends on the delivery zone shown below.

Western Zone — Free freight at $600+

States: Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, Arizona, and Utah.

Central/Midwest Zone — Free freight at $1,200+

States: Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama.

Eastern Zone — Free freight at $1,800+

States: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, plus the District of Columbia.

What Qualifies

• The required minimum must consist of qualifying, regularly stocked, non-hazardous chemical products.
• The qualifying subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes.
• Hazardous-material chemicals, special-order products, equipment, parts, tools, and other nonqualifying items do not count toward the zone minimum.
• Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations require a separate freight quote.

What Free Freight Covers

Free freight covers standard commercial delivery using the carrier and shipping method selected by CleanHub. The customer is responsible for hazardous-material fees and accessorial charges, including residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access delivery, inside delivery, delivery appointments, redelivery, storage, and address-correction fees. Freight charges for nonqualifying merchandise may also apply.

Requested carriers, expedited service, or other special shipping arrangements may be available for an additional charge. CleanHub reserves the right to review eligibility and adjust or decline freight assistance when an order requires unusual handling or creates extraordinary freight expense.

Same-Day Shipping

Orders for in-stock items received by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time generally ship the same business day. Freight orders, special orders, large orders, and orders requiring additional review may need extra processing time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using the most practical and cost-effective method, including parcel, local carrier, or LTL freight. Expedited services may be requested and will incur additional charges. If you request a specific carrier, you are responsible for any difference in cost.

Hazardous Materials

Some chemicals are classified as hazardous materials by the carrier. Hazardous products do not qualify toward the freight-zone purchase minimum, and all hazardous-material fees remain the customer’s responsibility. Shipping methods and quantities may be restricted by the carrier. Please contact CleanHub at 844-426-3100 if you have questions about a product.

Damage in Shipment

Inspect your shipment promptly. Report visible damage to the delivering carrier and note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Please retain the original carton, pallet, packaging, and delivery paperwork because they may be required for a claim. Contact CleanHub as soon as possible so we can assist.

Shortage of Merchandise

If your shipment shows an item as shipped but the item is not included, please notify CleanHub as soon as possible.
