Chemspec Enz-All is a concentrated, enzyme-powered alkaline preconditioner for heavily soiled synthetic carpets. It targets protein-based soils, food grease, body oils, blood, vomit, urine, and other organic contamination before extraction.

Dilution: For normal cleaning, mix 2 oz (1.5 scoops) per gallon of hot water. For heavy soil, mix 3 oz (2 scoops) per gallon. For an inline Hydro-Force-style sprayer, mix 12–18 oz in a 5-quart container using an 8:1 tip: 12 oz for moderate soil or 18 oz for heavy soil. For protein spotting, mix 1 scoop per quart of warm water. Mixing Instructions: Mix with 120–150°F water, apply evenly, agitate, allow 10–15 minutes of dwell time without drying, then rinse and extract. Do not mix with other products that could deactivate the enzymes; use mixed solution within 12 hours.
