Chemspec Enz-All is a highly concentrated, enzyme-powered alkaline preconditioner for heavily soiled synthetic carpets. It breaks down protein-based soils and greasy traffic-lane buildup before extraction.

Dilution: For an electric or pump sprayer, mix 1 scoop per gallon of water. For an inline sprayer, add 5 scoops to the 5-quart container and fill with water. Mixing Instructions: Use 120–150°F water, mix thoroughly, apply evenly, agitate, allow 10–15 minutes of dwell time without drying, then rinse and extract. Use mixed solution within 12 hours.
