Chemspec Rx for Fringe is a professional powder treatment for brightening white cotton fringe and treating compatible undyed rug fibers. It requires controlled application because misuse can bleach or damage colored fibers.
Fringe Mixing: Mix 2.5 teaspoons per gallon of water with 1 ounce of liquid detergent. Brush onto fringe only, dry, then follow with Browning Treatment as directed. Undyed Rug Mixing: Use 1 heaping tablespoon per gallon of ready-to-use shampoo for cleaning and extraction, or mix 1/2 scoop per gallon for spray application, wait 5 minutes, apply Browning Treatment, and dry. Do not use on beige fibers or furniture; pretest every surface.
