Sentinel 317 Multi-Purpose Cleaner & Degreaser is a powerful, biodegradable, alkaline, water-soluble cleaner & degreaser designed for a wide range of cleaning applications. Excellent for all types of abatement, remediation, and restoration cleaning such as fire, water, odor, and trauma. Highly concentrated, it can be diluted for simple soils and used up to full strength for the toughest Carbon & Soot build up, Greases, Oils, and trauma scene Organic Matter.

DIRECTIONS: General Cleaning Directions: Mix desired concentration of Sentinel 317 with 1 gallon of water. Apply with all types of manual and automatic sprayers, sponges, cloths, or mops depending on cleaning process and needs. Allow to soak for 1-5 minutes. For best results agitate the surface with a brush or sponge and wipe off or rinse with clean water. Asphalt Adhesive Residue Removal: Mix 8 ounces of Sentinel 317 with 1 gallon of hot water. Pour mixture on the floor to be cleaned. Use a broom, manual stripper pad or rotating floor scrubber with stripper pads to scrub the floor until clean. Wash and rinse the floor, changing the water as needed to ensure a clean surface. Allow to dry for at least 24 hours and test moisture levels before reflooring.

Light Soils: 4 - 6 oz. per gallon

Medium Soils: 8 - 10 oz. per gallon

Heavy Soils: 12 - 14 oz. per gallon

Heaviest Soils: 16 - 20 oz. per gallon up to full strength
