MasterBlend Fringe Bleach is an odorless, oxygen-releasing powder for reducing browning and color bleed on cotton fringes of oriental rugs. Ready-to-use pH is 6.0.
Mixing Instructions: Depending on browning severity, mix 1/2–1 scoop in 1 quart of water. Apply with a soft spotting brush to browned cotton fringes. When the desired whiteness is reached, rinse with water and dry the rug flat. Do not mix with anything except water, do not use on furniture and use on colors only at your own risk because the product can bleach fabric color.
