Newline Fine Fabric Prespray combines surfactants, wetting agents and emulsifiers to remove oils and soils from compatible upholstery fibers. It can also be used on rugs, wool and carpet that require a lower-pH prespray.
Dilution: 1:16. pH: 7.5. Always test for compatibility before use.
