Prochem Professional Tile & Grout Cleaner is a low-foaming, high-alkaline concentrate for manufactured tile, grout, concrete and compatible VCT, vinyl and natural-stone surfaces. It loosens greasy, oily soil and embedded dirt without strong acids.
Dilution: Mix 16–32 oz per gallon of hot water. Apply with a mop, pump sprayer or electric sprayer, agitate grout with a grout brush, allow 5–10 minutes of dwell time, then extract. RTU pH: approximately 11.9–12.3. Pretest the surface and prevent overspray on wood, carpet, cabinetry and stainless steel.
