Sentinel BPE Asbestos Bridging & Penetrating Encapsulant is a professional coating for approved asbestos-containing materials, including thermal-system insulation, cement board, stucco and textured walls or ceilings. It is not intended for asbestos-containing floor tile or adhesive.

Mixing and Application: Mix thoroughly with a drill and paddle. For bridging encapsulation, apply full strength at up to 100 sq. ft. per gallon. For penetrating encapsulation, mix 1 part clean water with 1 part BPE and spray until the substrate stops absorbing material. Apply with professional airless equipment; verify suitability and film thickness on site with a qualified asbestos professional. pH: 8.0–9.0.
